Ingredients
- 3 pounds of beef, cut into cubes

- Add the red kidney beans, sweet corn, cabbage, potato, and carrots. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve hot.
