Sugar Plum Danish Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Remove from heat, and stir in the apricot jam. Set aside.
  5. Unfold the puff pastry sheets and place on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the currant mixture evenly over the top of the puff pastry. Using a sharp knife, score the puff pastry into 12 equal pieces. Bake in the preheated oven until the pastry is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
