Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
Step 2:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
Step 3:
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract, strawberry extract, and whole milk.

Place the other cake on top and spread the remaining whipped cream over the top and sides of the cake. Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries.
