Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove stems from mushrooms and discard. Using a spoon, scrape out the gills from the mushrooms, then pat dry with a paper towel.
