Ingredients
- 3 green plantains

Instructions
1. Peel the plantains and cut them into 1-inch slices. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the plantains to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer the plantains to a plate and season with salt.
2. Add the bacon to the same skillet and cook until crispy, about 3 minutes per side. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Reserve the bacon fat in the skillet.
3. Return the plantains to the skillet with the bacon fat. Fry the plantains until they are crispy, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer the plantains to a plate and sprinkle with the cheese. Top with the bacon.
4. Serve the Mangu Con Los Tres Golpes with a side of fried eggs or a salad. Enjoy!
